Red Bull Large Format Specialist

PURPOSE OF THIS JOB
The Red Bull Large Format Specialist primary role is to increase sales and winning versus competition score in assigned Large Format accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between assigned Company and Red Bull North America.
Drive collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Drive and increase WvC in all assigned accounts, daily
Plan, track, and communicate current programs to all teams involved
Drive in store presence in line with Perfect Store standards.
Increase permanent product disruption points at ambient and cold locations in store above competition.
Maintain and Increase product range in all stores.
Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost effective manner.
Proficiency in retailer ways of working (terminology) increasing opportunities to expand in-store presence.
Drive execution of agreed and over and above national and local promotion opportunities.
Report non-compliance in a timely manner.
Pre-sell to accounts all promotional activity. 30-60-90 day outlook on activity.
Conduct weekly/monthly calls accounts
Conduct monthly and quartely business reviews with Market Managers and accounts
Conduct ride withs to assist the Salesteam in Large Format accounts sell in Red Bull programs
Continually monitor sales and trends in all assigned chains
Work with the Management team of Gulf Distributing Holdings to stay abreast of changing company directives.
Report to the Management all changes in or additional directives set forth by Red Bull North America for assigned accounts.
Assist in designing monthly sales goals for the Sales teams in assigned accounts
Ensure all paper and permanent Point of Sale is utilized in the proper manner and quantity.
Actively participate in all incentive programs from Red Bull North America.
Maintain a positive working relationship with the Managers and employees of assigned accounts.
Be aware of all competitive activity and opportunities to increase sales in your assigned accounts..
Maintain open and clear communications with the owners, managers, and other employees of GDH.
Obey all GDH Company policies, while acting in a professional manner in all accounts.
Dress and maintain personal appearance in a professional manner in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Always practice safe work habits.
Report all accidents and injuries to immediate supervisors immediately.
