PURPOSE OF THIS JOB
The Red Bull Head Administrator is responsible for maintaining and managing all aspects of office operations for the Red Bull business in Gulf Distributing Holdings. Position will act as a liaison between the General Manager, the VP of Operations, VIP Support, and all other operational representatives.


CLASSIFICATION: Exempt


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
• Work closely with Red Bull North America and Gulf Distributing Holdings Operations Teams to ensure proper communication on inventory shipments and sales data.
• Monitor and assist with forecasting and keying inventory requests for shipment for all companies.
• Manage billbacks, RTO’s, discounts, and all other A/R - Carry out collection procedures of all past due accounts.
• Works closely with Team to ensure chain pricing and independant pricing is correct and submitted timely.
• Conduct random inventory, Petty Cash, and other audits at Energy Beverage Management locations.
• Ensure all discrepency reports are handled in an efficient manner.
• Work closey with Red Bull Administrators to ensure they are following proper procedures.
• Maintain DPKey to ensure accurate margins.
• Key occasional transfer requests.
• Maintain professional communication with all Gulf Holdings teams, RBNA, and customers.
• Assist with AR collection
• Continous follow up with actions items as needed.
• Maintain procedures that prevent loss of product through pilferage, damage and or aging of product (EBM only).
• Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (VIP, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions (EBM only).
• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies and play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence (EBM only).
• Conduct all items safely and within company policy and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ industry related experience which includes:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in administrative management, including proven history of meeting or exceeding assigned objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
• An understanding of computer ordering systems and other IT systems.
• Ability to Work Cohesively Across Multiple Departments within the Company.
• Moderate Travel required
