Relief Sales/Trainer (Wingman)
PURPOSE OF THIS JOB
The Relief Sales/Trainer is responsible for coaching, training, and developing the Sales and Merchandising team, daily within Energy Beverage Management. Assisting in day-to-day operations and covering open routes for vacation, etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
Work with and train all New Hires.
Cover open Sales routes.
Provide feedback to employees to assist in overall growth.
Provide feedback to Management regarding training process for all routes.
Within each account, merchandise all Red Bull products within RBNA and GDH standards.
Assist in unloading/loading of trucks to and from EBM Warehouse, POS and Product.
Conduct resets throughout the year, Chain and Independent.
Be aware of opportunities to grow sales and Red Bull presence in all accounts.
Ensure all paper and permanent Point of Sale is used in the proper manner and quantity.
Ensure that proper rotation of product is completed on each merchandising call in accordance with GDH and RBNA standards.
Maintain a positive working relationship with the owners, managers, and employees.
Assist on Salesroutes where needed as sales require
Obey all GDH Company policies, while acting in a professional manner in all accounts.
Complete all required training courses and proper daily clocking in and out
Dress and maintain personal appearance in a professional manner in accordance to company policies and procedures.
Always practice safe work habits.
Report all accidents and injuries to immediate supervisors immediately.
Other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified candidates will have a bachelors degree or a minimum industry related experience which includes:
1 year sales experience preferred.
Valid CDL Class D Drivers License in Mississippi.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including being able to prepare presentation materials and present the information one-on-one and in a group.
Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to work extra hours when needed.
Outgoing personality and social skills.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
